Monday, Nov. 19

Stephen R. Rios, 60, of Western Avenue, Somerville, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. Monday on Massachusetts Avenue and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense. Rios allegedly tried to steal 15 boxes of Prilosec, which has a retail value of $434.85, from the Arlington Heights Walgreens that morning.
