Monday, Dec. 17
Jonathan C. Berenson, 23, of Egerton Road, Arlington, was arrested at about 7:36 p.m. Monday and charged with assault and battery. He allegedly had an altercation with a woman that evening. He also had two warrants out for his arrest for the following charges: operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, larceny by check over $250 (two counts) and forgery of a check (two counts).
