Arlington Teen Charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

A 17-year-old Arlington teen who lives in Lutheran Community Services’ residential program on Hillside Avenue allegedly assaulted a staff member Monday.

Cesar O. Guillen allegedly threw a basketball at the staff member’s head and kicked him in the chest at about 1 p.m. Monday. He was arrested by Arlington police soon after and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot).
