Arizona Terrace Man Arrested on Warrant

Richard J. Smith, 54, of Arizona Terrace, was arrested at about 1 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, on Arizona Terrace on a warrant out of Arlington for assault and battery and threat to commit a crime.
