61-Year-Old Arlington Man Missing

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

John J. Rosenberger, 61, has been missing from his Arlington residence since Monday, Dec. 9, according to a Friday evening release from police.

Arlington police are asking for the public’s help in locating him. All information or questions regarding Rosenberger should be directed to police at 781-643-1212.

Rosenberger is about 6-foot-4 and 175 pounds, according to police. He is a white male with a thin build, blue eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue coat, ski cap and a backpack, and he usually walks with a stick. He often attends different readings and shows at the Harvard Book Store, Cambridge Public Library and Boston Public Library, police said.

what can do to help? I cant leave home but if officals are willing to let me look at some of the info i can help them woth info that could lead to finding the victim. I use to major in police sciences at lccc and i know how to invesigate cases. Are there any details that aren't being shared? Does he have any medical condition that would inhibit his ability to find his way home ? Who is looking for him wife kids? Maybe he just wanted to disappear for a while.
