David Foster Wallace

The brilliant (and deceased) writer David Foster Wallace lived in Arlington briefly. This is according to the bio from D.T. Max "Every Love Story is a Ghost Story" published last year. Anyone know where he was? Many of his other haunts in Cambridge/Somerville are well known but this seems to be a missing piece.
