Cemetery Commission Shenanigans

Michele Hassler of the Cemetery Commission tries to deny a resident the right to record a public meeting, then uses the Arlington police to try and intimidate the same resident, almost violating my civil rights.  Later she admits to making exemptions to cemetery rules and regulations outside of any public vote of the commission, in apparent violation of the state's Open Meeting Law.
