William T. Martin, a retired Somerville firefighter. of Arlington, formerly of Somerville, died Monday, May 12, 2014.
Beloved husband of the late Carol (Carlson). Loving father of Theresa Martin of Somerville, Kathy Martin of Arlington, Billy Martin of Somerville, David Martin and his wife Beth of Wakefield and the late Mary Martin. Devoted grandfather of Matthew, Shane, Bridget and Patrick. Brother of Mary of New Hampshire and the late John, Thomas, Vincent, Edward, Robert, Grace, Eileen, Nora and Dorothea.
Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Route 60 (adjacent to St. Agnes Church), ARLINGTON, on Friday at 9 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Agnes Church in Arlington at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Thursday, 4-8 p.m. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
Late WWII Navy veteran.
