Obituary: Walter S. Amorin, Retired Arlington Firefighter
Amorin was a longtime employee of Armstrong Ambulance Service as well.

Walter S. Amorin, of Woburn, formerly of Arlington, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, after a short illness.
Beloved husband and best friend for 57 years of Edna (Parragona) Amorin. Son of the late John and Natalie Amorin of Arlington. Loving father of Walter and his wife Nancy of Grafton, Doreen Paron and her late husband David of Billerica, Francine Kergo and her husband Thomas of Woburn, and Lisa Amorin and John Grant of Woburn. Cherished "Papa" of Robert, David, Steven, Connor, Ashley, Sarah, Matthew and Thomas. Brother of the late John, Joseph, Alice, Lucy and Mary.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, Dec. 15, from 3-7 p.m. in the DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Mass. Ave., ARLINGTON. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 16, in St. Barbara's Church, 138 Cambridge Road, Woburn. Please go directly to church. Burial will be private.
