Joan M. Proctor, of Framingham, formerly of Arlington, died Thursday, March 20.
Beloved daughter of the late Irving and Helen (Walsh) Proctor. Sister of Sandra LeBel and husband Richard of Boxboro, Carl Proctor and wife Theresa of Arlington and the late Robert Proctor. Aunt of Mark and Michael LeBel.
