Obituary: Barbara Weber, Arlington Teacher

Weber taught in the Arlington Public School system and was a member of St. Agnes' Parish.

Barbara A. (Coyne) Weber, of Arlington, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013.

Beloved wife of Laurence Weber. Loving mother of Scott Weber and his wife Maureen of Westborough, Ellen Stenmon and her husband Christopher of Braintree, Maureen O’Brien and her husband Jim of Hudson, and Catherine Weber of Arlington. Devoted grandmother of Cameron, Margaret, Patrick, Lauren, and Sean. Sister of Elaine Boyle and her husband Hon. Edward Boyle of Norwell. Aunt of Brendan Boyle and his fiancé Clare Quilty, and Maura Boyle. Loving aunt, cousin, and dear friend to many.

Barbara was a dedicated teacher in the Arlington Public School System as well as a devoted member of St. Agnes’ Parish. She took deep pride in her family, friends, and community whom she served with strong faith and compassion.

Relatives and friends invited to visiting hours in Saint Agnes’ Church, 30 Medford St., Arlington, on Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at Saint Agnes' Church at 10 a.m. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to FSH Society, 450 Bedford St., Lexington, MA 02420 or fshsociety.org. For obituary, directions or to send a condolence, visit www.keefefuneralhome.com.
