Marie P. "Dolly" DeSantis, of Arlington, died at the Meadow Green Nursing Home in Waltham on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013.
A proofreader, she was retired from the Arthur D. Little Company in Cambridge. Born in Boston, on July 1, 1920, to the late Alexander and Antoinetta (Mazzarella) DeSantis, she was 93.
Marie is the beloved sister of Louise DeSantis of Arlington; Marjorie Jean of Lexington; the late Mildred Harish and Patricia Boutilier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Arlington, on Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 8:30-9:30 a.m., followed by her funeral mass in St. Agnes Church, 24 Medford St., Arlington, at 10:00 a.m. Marie’s services will conclude with burial at Westview Cemetery in Lexington.
