How are you handling your life? All going well on the Eastern Front? Calm? Happy? Peaceful?
If you are living in 2012, this is how you want your life to be, but you are finding that the calm, happy and peaceful times are not sustainable.
You ask "why me?" The answer is it's not what happens to you, but how you handle it.
In our culture, we are told what NOT to do in order to change our lives. You know...you're overweight = don't eat...you're overwhelmed = don't do so much. Well, if that worked, we'd all be happy, happy, happy.
What about the radical concept of knowing WHAT TO DO WHEN LIFE IS COMPLICATED?
Well, that's exactly what I will be blogging about -- how to handle life well in spite of all it's messiness, no matter what.
So, to end for today, begin by breathing. In and out. Make a small smile. Say out loud: It's not what happens to me, it's how I handle it. Repeat 10,000 times.
