No market changes today, nine open houses scheduled for tomorrow.
For the week, the total inventory hung even with five new single family properties added to the market and five coming off the market (four had accepted offers and are now under contract). Two properties closed. These properties were taken off the market when they went under contract and both sold for more than the list price.
On the condominium side: Inventory increased with seven new properties added to the market and four coming off. Two condominiums under contract closed.
One two-family property came back on the market and is, in fact, the market. It's not unusual to have only one multi family property on the market in Arlington at this time of year.
