Ciclismo Classico Jingle Ride Coming to Arlington Sunday

The 22-mile ride, from Kickstand Cafe, will benefit Horizons for Homeless Children.

The 17th annual Ciclismo Classico Jingle Ride will leave from Kickstand Cafe in Arlington Center at 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 22. (The event had been previously scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 15, but due to the snowstorm, it was pushed back a week.)

The 22-mile ride, for all cycling abilities, will go along the Minuteman bike path, then to Harvard Square (where there will be hot cocoa and cookies), the Esplanade, Boston Common, Newbury Street and back.

The ride will benefit Horizons for Homeless Children – $25 suggested donation, children under 18 with an adult free.

Registration at Kickstand Cafe, 594 Mass. Ave., begins at 10:15 a.m. Sunday. The ride will go on unless there is heavy rain or snow.
