Visit different locations close to the library to complete ‘en plein air’ or on location paintings. Instead of static sketches in a studio, en plein air painting works off a dynamic subjects that can experienced with all of our senses. Many artists also find freedom in the limited time frame- for there is no time for endless revision. For many, this is a new and exciting way of working. At the end of this short workshop, participants will have a series of paintings depicting various scenic locations throughout our town and hopefully a new approach to painting that can be used both inside and outside the studio.

Suitable for ages 12-18. Register online: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/teen-watercolor-en-plein-air-series-tickets-10805847581

At least four registered teens are required to run this program.
