Tai Chi for Beginners
Tai Chi Chung develops inner strength, mental calmness, physical well-being, and overall health. This seminar will teach powerful Tai Chi movements at a beginning level, geared towards stress relief, building the energy of the body, and improving physical and mental health
Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm
The Cambridge school is located a short walk from the Davis Square T-station or by 77 bus @ Cameron Ave.
There is ample free parking located behind the school.
