Tai Chi Chung develops inner strength, mental calmness, physical well-being, and overall health. This course will teach powerful Tai Chi movements at a beginning level, geared towards stress relief, building the energy of the body, and improving physical and mental health

The Cambridge school is located a short walk from the Davis Square T-station or by 77 bus @ Cameron Ave
There is ample free parking located behind the school
