Middle School In Motion: Arts Night

Experience Middle School and the ARTS at Lesley Ellis!

This Friday, March 14, 2014, Lesley Ellis School, invites kids in Grades 3-6 to Middle School In Motion: Arts Night – the third in a series of Friday night social events this school year.

Third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade students throughout the community are invited to come meet new friends and Experience the ARTS at Lesley Ellis School! Our program runs from 7:00-9:00pm and will be led by Lesley Ellis Arts educators Helen Duncan (visual arts), Guy Mendilow (music), Bobby Smithney (improvisation) and Moussa Traore (African drumming). This action packed event begins with a rotation of small group sessions for kids featuring improvisational theater, studio art, singing and African drumming, and wraps up with a brief performance for parents at the end of the evening!

The Middle School in Motion Series at Lesley Ellis School is open to the public and free of charge, with advance registration required for each participant. Contact Tricia Moran, at 781.641.1346 to reserve a space for your child today.

While kids are “In Arts Night Motion”, parents are invited to meet faculty and learn about the new Middle School Program at Lesley Ellis School. For additional information about new middle school academic, arts and athletics program offerings, visit lesleyellis.org.
