How Does Social Class Affect You?: Conversation about Diversity in Arlington

How Does Social Class Affect
You?

Do you think about what social class you are in? Are you in
a different social class than your parents or most of your relatives? If so,
what does this mean for your outlook on life or your way of living? Do others
judge you, positively or negatively, because of your social class? How do we decide
our own and others social class? Does it matter? Do people act, speak or
approach life differently depending on their social class?

President Obama has said "inequality is the defining challenge of
our time?" Do you agree? Why is it important to have equality? How does
inequality affect me? Why do I have to care about it?
