Horizons for Homeless Children’s 14th Annual Women’s Breakfast

Horizons for Homeless Children will host its 14th Annual Women’s Breakfast at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, November 1, 2012. The event will feature a keynote address by Leigh Anne Tuohy, whose story inspired the book and Academy Award-winning movie, The Blind Side.

Horizons for Homeless Children (HHC) is dedicated to serving homeless children and their families. The organization offers a multi-generational approach to breaking the vicious cycle of homelessness. For children, HHC offers the very best in early childhood education to close the achievement gap and get children ready to enter first grade; and HHC offers parents support in getting their GED, job training, writing resumes, whatever is needed. Horizon for Homeless Children’s approach is design to help stabilize families.
