Four local fitness experts will show you how you can Boost Your Strength, Flexibility & Balance Know-How: strength building with Barbara Freedman, instructor of Strong Muscles, Strong Bones; Tai Chi with Charles DeVirgilio of Zhen Ren Chuan Martial & Healing Arts Center; Pilates with Laura Ganat of Endurance Pilates and Yoga with Susan Desmarais of Arlington Yoga. They will demonstrate. Wear comfortable clothes because we will have a chance to give each modality a try.
