with local Arlington Mexican restaurants for a Dia de los Muertos fiesta in
Capitol Square on Friday, November 1 from 6 to 9 PM. 

Unlike Halloween, Day of the Dead is not a
spooky affair. Rather, it is a lively celebration of the lives of those who
have passed on, with joyful images of flowered skulls and dancing skeletons.
