Buona Pasqua at Ristorante Olivio
Nothing says Easter Sunday like an Italian-style family meal. On Sunday, April 20th, 2014, Ristorante Olivio, located in Arlington, MA, will open early for Easter Sunday serving specials from 12:00PM-9:00PM. In addition to the regular menu, Executive Chef/ Owner Angelo DiGirolamo will serve his guests an a la carte menu featuring seasonal favorites such as Prosecco Risotto with lobster meat, fennel, tomatoes and Grana Padano ($14), Brick-Oven Roasted Ham cooked with pineapple, cherries, brown sugar glaze and served with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots ($20) and Lamb Osso Buco, slow braised lamb shank served with mushroom risotto and roasted vegetables ($25).
