– Chances are if you live in Arlington, you’ve at least heard of this two-letter restaurant known for its . But if you haven’t gone, well, you’re missing out. The ever-changing menu adapts to the seasons, as Za uses fruits and vegetables from local farms, such as the Verrill Farm in Concord, Eva’s Green in South Dartmouth, Angelini Farm in Wrentham and local farmers’ markets. Here, you can find unique pizzas and salads, including the “mac `n` cheese” pizza with elbow macaroni, caramelized onions, cream sauce, four cheese and toasted bread crumbs.
