1.) Arlington Boys & Girls Club Concludes Investigation Into Sexual-Abuse Allegations But Questions Remain
The Arlington Boys and Girls Club that for more than a year it’s been investigating allegations that a former and now deceased employee “sexually abused children at the club between the 1970s and 1990s.” The club released a statement saying its investigation began in late 2011 after a former club member came forward with the allegations against the late William “Sully” Sullivan, a West Roxbury resident who worked at the club for 38 years, from 1964 until his death in 2002. The club said it “hired a third party to conduct an independent investigation.” Read more.

3.) Bottled-Water Ban Next for Arlington?
Last spring, Town Meeting members put a seasonal ban on gas-powered leaf blowers in Arlington. This spring, they’ll get a chance to ban the sale of bottled water in town. Three Arlington High seniors, Amy Currul, Sonia Zacher and Marina Milan, collected enough signatures to place the proposed ban on this spring’s Special Town Meeting warrant. Read more.

4.) Masseuse in Arlington Charged with ‘Sexual Conduct for a Fee’
A masseuse at Blue Sky Spa in Arlington Center was arrested and charged with “sexual conduct for a fee,” according to Arlington Police Capt. Richard Flynn. Read more.
