Does Arlington Need a Hugo?

Also, the much beloved 'digital' clock atop the Citizen's Bank isn't really working. I always look at that for the temperature too - but it's frequently very hard to read. Please fix them all!

We need Hugo to come work pro bono. Repair of public clocks such as these is expensive. I wonder if North Bennet Street School or some place like that offers co-op students or needs a project for a clock repair class and could get more of the public clocks up to the correct time.

What the heck, let's go digital for ALL the clocks. At least at the First Parish which is sort of futuristic anyway.

Either fix them or remove the clock arms and hour marks.
