Board of Selectmen, Redevelopment Board Meetings Tonight

Today is Monday, Dec. 3. Here are five things you need to know:

1.) The Board of Selectmen is meeting at 7:15 p.m. tonight in the Selectmen’s Chambers on the second floor of Town Hall. See agenda.

2.) The Redevelopment Board is meeting at 7 p.m. tonight in the Town Hall Annex’ second-floor conference room. The board’s agenda includes updates on Symmes and Alta Brigham Square.

3.) From the town: 2013 Annual Town Meeting Warrant Opens Tuesday, Dec. 4: The Board of Selectmen served notice that the opening of the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting for 2013 begins Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 8 a.m. and closed on Friday, Jan. 25, at noon. During this time, warrant articles can be submitted to the Board of Selectmen’s Office. The Warrant Article Submission Packet, which includes instructions, is available at the Board of Selectmen’s Office at Town Hall and also online at arlingtonma.gov/townmeeting. Town Meeting starts Monday, April 22, 2013.
