A new dog park in Arlington and a local Korean restaurant recently took home “Best of Boston” awards from Boston Magazine.
, which opened in late May, won the magazine’s “Best Puppy Playground” category.
From the magazine: “At long last, Arlington dog owners have gotten the space of their dreams. The generously sized Thorndike Dog Park is situated around a large tree surrounded by benches. It also features agility equipment and a smaller fenced-off area for shyer pups.”
From the magazine: “For years we lamented the lack of quality Korean dining in this town. Once Manna House opened its doors, those complaints thankfully came to an end. Now we can dig into tendor bulgogi beef and sesame-oil-slicked jop-chae (sweet potato noodles), plus Chinese-influenced dishes like jajangmyeon (noodles with black soybean paste and diced pork) and kan pung gi (lightly fried chicken with a sweet and spicy glaze). And to think that once upon a time, all of this was just a dream.”
The magazine's "Best of Boston" edition was published on Tuesday, July 31. Winners were selected by the magazine's "team of experts."
