Nearby Somerville Restaurant Changes Name, Menu
See which Teele Square restaurant has a new look, including a full bar.
Amelia’s Kitchen in Somerville’s Teele Square is now West 7 Bistro, and it now features a new menu and full bar.
After a couple months of renovations, the restaurant reopened Tuesday. It’s been at 1137 Broadway in Somerville for 18 years.
Owner Delio Susi told Somerville Patch the new menu is “mixed” – it still has classic home-style Italian dishes but also has new items like the “West 7 Burger.”

The new name pays homage to West Somerville’s Ward 7, home to Teele Square, Susi said.
