Golden Taste, the Chinese takeout place at 14 Medford St. in Arlington Center, is in the process of being sold.
The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved the transfer of the eatery’s operating license Monday night to Qing Xiong Pang.
Pang, 32, already owns Yoshi’s, a Japanese restaurant in Somerville’s Powder House Square.
An attorney representing Pang Monday night said that the eatery’s name and menu will remain the same. He is looking to extend its hours, however, to the latest allowable time, the attorney said.
