Arlington’s Emily Shea and Mark Ostow, a Cambridge resident who also owns Cafe Zing in Cambridge’s Porter Square Books, opened the Arlington Center cafe in November.

Arlington’s Liz King and Jesica Velez, of Haverhill, opened the Arlington Heights hair salon in September. The two previously worked together at Eccoli in Lexington Center.
