Water Main Break on Pleasant Street, Near Mass. Ave.

A water main break has occurred on Pleasant Street/Route 60 about a block south of Mass. Ave.

Water has been turned off. Public Works and police are on the scene to repair the problem and direct traffic. Pleasant Street remains open, however, travelers are advised to seek alternate routes. No estimate is available for service return. A water main break can take several hours to fix. Public Works will work to restore service as soon as possible. Any future updates will be posted at arlingtonma.gov.
