Sound Healing Meditation at the Arlington Center for the Arts, Thursday evening January 9

Please join us Thursday evening January 9 from 7-9:00 pm at the Arlington Center for the Art's Theater Room. SoundScapers will build a temple of exquisite sound and tone, into which we'll wander as a community of seekers, journeying within to stillness, release, and bliss. Participants lay on yoga mats and are bathed in chant, trance drumming, the gong, didgeridoo, Bali pan drum, and over a dozen quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. $25 at the door, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. If relaxation, self-nuturing, and internal exploration are among your new year resolutions, this is a wonderful place to start.
