The Board of Selectmen will vote to lease the space for 7 new parking spots at the old Jam N' Java lot, adjacent to Swan Place, see picture.
The Selects plan on leasing the space from the owner, paying up to $10,000 to repave the existing lot, do a bunch of landscaping around the sitting area and paying $1,000 a year for 10 years.
