FIRST CLASS FREE Muscle Strengthening!

FIRST CLASS FREE!  Peaceful stretching followed by aerobic warmup (optional dance) moving into full body muscle strengthening to great music with arm and leg weights (provided) to increase bone density; lose weight; enhance mood; increase energy; and fight osteoporosis following the gold standard in the field, Tufts University's Strong Bones Program.  Wear loose clothing and be prepared to sweat! Drop in class for all ages sponsored by Arlington Community Recreation located in sunny large old schoolhouse behind Town Hall; free parking and all weights and props included.  Offered every Tuesday night at 6 pm and Saturday morning at 10 for all ages at the Arlington Senior Center (corner of Maple and Academy behind Town Hall) through 2013, excluding holidays.
