Faneuil Hall Marketplace and The Gold Group Bring New Life To Quincy Market By Transforming Former Comedy Connection Space

Faneuil Hall Marketplace and Boston Exhibitions, a subsidiary of The Gold Group of Salem, Mass. today announced that they have renovated the 2nd floor of the historic Quincy Market in the former location of the Comedy Connection which will soon feature an exciting new exhibition, BODY WORLDS Vital.  The newly renovated space will feature a  museum-quality exhibition at Faneuil Hall Marketplace for the first time in the facility’s storied history.   BODY WORLDS Vital, which celebrates the potential of the human body in motion, will open to the public November 22, 2013 and is expected to attract hundreds of thousands of visitors.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace and The Gold Group have refurbished the approximately 10,000 square foot space including a complete interior renovation from flooring to walls, installing special environmental controls and noise suppression systems.

“We are looking forward to seeing the new space filled with people who want to see a high quality exhibition at Faneuil Hall Marketplace like BODY WORLDS Vital,” said Joe Press, who represents the property at Faneuil Hall Marketplace. “Our location is already known for its vibrant atmosphere and we see enormous opportunity for the Boston cultural scene by bringing this world class show directly to the heart of the city.”

“Boston is a city that embraces culture, history and education,” said Joe Gold, Principal, The Gold Group.  “The new exhibition space is not only museum quality, but it is also in one of the most historic locations in the country, Faneuil Hall Marketplace. For those interested in applying for sales and customer service positions for BODY WORLDS Vital, representatives will accept applications and conduct interviews on Thursday and Friday, November 7th and November 9th from 2pm until 6pm on site at Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Quincy Market, 2nd Floor.
