1.) The Arlington High football team has started the season with two big wins, 28-7 against Somerville and 47-12 at Medford. However, the Spy Ponders toughest test to date will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, at fellow undefeated Reading, one of the top ranked teams in the state. Reading is led by one of the top quarterbacks in the state, Drew Belcher. It should be a good one to watch.
2.) The Arlington High field hockey team will host Woburn at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27; the high school’s girls’ volleyball team will be at Reading at 4 p.m.
