DESCRIPTION:The John A. Bishop Elementary school is holding the Bishop Co
 mmunity Clean-Up Day on Saturday\, January 26\, 2013 from 10:00am to 4:0
 0pm at the school at 25 Columbia Road.&nbsp\; Parents\, alumni\, friends
 \, and contractors will clean\, spackle\, paint and fix-up the school.&n
 bsp\; The teachers and staff are creating &ldquo\;wish lists&rdquo\; so 
 that members of the community can help improve the school for them\, and
  for the kids.&nbsp\; This event will help build the parent-teacher coll
 aboration\, enable working parents to help out at a weekend event\, and 
 help teachers accomplish small tasks that will make a big difference to 
 them.&nbsp\;\nIf you can volunteer your time or materials\, please visit
  the PTO page on the school&rsquo\;s website to sign-up.
