DESCRIPTION:All are welcome to try out our $5 Drop-in Only Yoga I/II clas
 ses on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:15-11:30 and our "Gentler\, Kinder Y
 oga" on Thursdays from 10-11:15. No requirements as to residency\, prere
 gistration\, membership\, or specific age other than middle age and up. 
 Bring a yoga mat (we provide blocks\, straps\, etc. and some extra mats)
  and be prepared to sweat! This is NOT your mother's yoga! (Or maybe it 
 IS!) Instructor specializes in modifications for all injuries and condit
 ions\, particularly those that may but need not accompany the aging proc
 ess\, while giving you a healthy workout\, followed by meditation and re
 st.&nbsp\;
