Tonight: 'Making Evidence Matter: The Role of Science in U.S. Policy'

Today is Thursday, Nov. 29. Here are five things you need to know:

1.) Arlington Community Ed’s “Making Evidence Matter: The Role of Science in U.S. Policy” is at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Arlington High School. Read more.

2.) The Arlington Center Holiday Stroll is this Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. See a list of the give-aways, discounts and specials.

3.) As is East Arlington First Lights.

4.) The Fox Library is hosting “How to Read to Your Infant” from 2-3 p.m. today. Read more.

5.) Today should be mostly sunny with a high near 42, according to the National Weather Service.
