Teen Girl Asks to Use the Bathroom, Allegedly Steals More Than $17,000 Worth of Jewelry
A Bellington Street woman reported at about 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, that back on Dec. 1 a teen girl knocked on her door at about 6:30 p.m., asked for directions and then asked to use the bathroom.
The woman said she let the girl, who looked about 16, use the bathroom and later discovered that a more than $15,000 wedding ring, $2,000 earrings and $250 earrings had been taken from the bathroom.
The woman told police that she was reporting the incident in late January because a family tragedy in December had occupied all of her attention.

"Sexual conduct for a fee"? AKA prostitution? Curious whether this was one of the happy ending massage places (again) or the Homewood Suites hotel or more of an independent contractor situation...

Yawn. People can do what they like with their bodies, I'm not interested unless I know them, but if they don't divulge I'd never ask. If we weren't still so Puritanical about pleasure, maybe there wouldn't be crime and drugs and abuse in that world, and a lot of really tense men who might be shooting off their iron compensators instead of their penises (am I allowed to say that? It's a grown-up word, and the official one) would be a lot more mellow. It would be a good thing. Too bad Bad Men step in and ruin the "happy" in endings.
