School Committee Meeting Tonight
There are also fundraisers for two high school sports teams.
Today is Thursday, Oct. 25. Here are five things you need to know:
1.) The School Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. tonight in the School Committee Room on the sixth floor of Arlington High School. See agenda.
2.) The Arlington-Belmont Crew Spaghetti Dinner is from 6-9 p.m. tonight at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 929 Concord Turnpike, Arlington. It’s $12 for adults, $8 for children (7 and under). Tickets available at the door. Complete details.
3.) The Artful Heart Gallery’s Fundraiser for AHS Football is from 6-9 p.m. tonight as well. Come do some holiday shopping, with 10 percent of proceeds going to the Spy Ponders. Adults only. Complete details.
4.) The Arlington High field hockey team will host Waltham at 3:30 p.m. today. The Arlington Catholic boys’ soccer team will be at Marion at 4 p.m.
5.) Today should be mostly sunny with a high near 60, according to the National Weather Service.
