Police Log: Golf Memorabilia Stolen

Golf Memorabilia Stolen
A Broadway resident reported at about 11:35 a.m. Wednesday that someone had stolen roughly $300 to $400 worth of golf memorabilia and pictures from her car. She said she noticed the items missing the previous night.
‘Friend of a Friend’ Allegedly Steals Checks
A Massachusetts Avenue resident told police at about 1:20 p.m. Wednesday that a “friend of a friend” was in his residence the previous day and stole his checkbook. He said the suspect then cashed one of his checks for $150 at a bank in Malden.
