Barbara Popolow has owned Derby Farm Flowers & Gardens since 2005, six years after it opened. In addition to home and garden items, Popolow's boutique, at 454 Mass. Ave. in Arlington Center, has a full-service florist. Hours: Sunday Noon to 5 p.m., Monday-Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (hours extended in December).
