Two interesting real-estate blogs came in this week.
On Tuesday, local real estate broker Steve McKenna looked at some new trends in the industry in his post, “This Is the New That, for Real Estate.” Trends including “fall is the new spring,” “cost is the new price,” and “buying is the new renting.”
Also on Tuesday, Paul Mydelski, of RE/MAX Leading Edge, looked at seniors citizens desire to stay in their homes, or “age in place,” in his post, “Forever Home.”
