Looks like some great properties are hitting the market. We're a roofing contractor in Arlington (http://www.olympicroofing.com/arlington-ma-roofing), and we've actually done several roofs over the past few years on Aerial Street... If anyone is seeing the 7 Aerial Street property, that's a great neighborhood!
