Robert J. Murphy, of Arlington, died Monday, July 23.

Devoted father of Marlene Frank and husband Thomas of Essex, Vt., and Sean R. Murphy of Woburn. Grandfather of Meaghan, Nicole and Courtney Frank. Son of the late Joseph and Claire (Dunlea) Murphy. Brother of Patricia Herbert of East Brunswick, N.J., and Katherine Murphy of Arlington. Long time companion of Patricia Pucillo and her family Angela and Kevin and their children Jared, Alyssa and Sara.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit in the DeVito-O'Donnell Funeral Home 1145 Massachusetts Ave., ARLINGTON, Saturday morning 10:30 a.m. to noon with a funeral home service to commence at noon.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's memory to a charity of choice. Late employed by the Town of Arlington Public Works Department; U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient.
