Home Break-In Reported on Forest Street

Police responded to a Forest Street residence at about 6:40 p.m. Friday for a report of a recent break-in.

Once there, police heard from the homeowner, who said that when he arrived home about 10 minutes prior, he noticed that someone had broken into his home by removing an air-conditioning unit from his window.

The homeowner told police that he had been gone since about 7:20 a.m. that morning. Several pieces of jewelry and an iPad had been taken, he said.

10:21 a.m., Andover Road, Arrest, fugitive from justice on a court warrant
