First Seasonal Flu Clinic Scheduled for September
Officials recommend vaccination for everybody ages 6 months and older.
Flu and pneumonia vaccination season is once again upon us.
Arlington’s first vaccination clinic is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17, and is reserved for residents aged 65 and older. The first vaccination clinic open to all other residents will be on Monday, Sept. 26.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends seasonal flu vaccination for all those aged 6 months and older. Pneumonia vaccination is recommended for persons 60 and older or those younger than 60 who have chronic health problems, such as heart disease, asthma or diabetes.

You can download a vaccination form to expedite the process.
There is no fee for Arlington residents who have Medicare Part B, a participating Medicare Supplemental Insurance or other non-Medicare participating insurances. Residents must bring their insurance card to the clinic.

There is a $10 vaccination fee for Arlington residents who do not have a participating insurance or do not bring their insurance card to the clinic. A list of participating insurance providers can be found here.
